Shipping

Items are shipped within 7 business days of receiving payment. All orders are sent via USPS Priority mail with tracking number. Signature confirmation will be included on any order more than $200. You will receive the tracking number via email once your shipping label has been created. 

Damage in shipping

If the item is damaged in shipping, please do not throw away the packaging. Email [email protected]  with photos of the damaged piece and the packaging within 24 hour upon receipt.

Ryoko Rio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns and exchanges 

If you ordered from our online store, we will accept returns if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and ship items back within 7 calender days of delivery. We will send you the return instruction with RA number once we received your email. Items returned without the inicial contact and RA number are not eligible for a refund. A 20% restocking fees will be assessed on all returns. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your package, we will inspect the item(s) and you will be notified if your return has been approved or rejected. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please ensure you pack the return item(s) securely, then return the item(s) at your expense and notify us at [email protected] as soon as possible that it's coming. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if the item(s) that you sent was lost or damaged when we received the returned item(s). 

We do not offer exchange.
